This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of individuals provided to the limited liability company SIA "Vita Estate" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter — GDPR) and other applicable legal acts of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
